Three Stars (First Class)

Property types extend beyond condos to include townhouses,
villas, and vacation homes. Units can be counted on to be
spacious and comfortable. In-room amenities may be more
diverse and could include extras such as a TV with VCR,
washer/dryer, and bathroom Jacuzzi. Property may fall in the
category of either a quiet non-commercial setting without on-site
management or a full service environment with hotel-like
services and amenities. Regardless of their personal interests
and preferences, renters can still rely on consistent quality and

may be clean and located in a nice, safe area, the resort may still

have set the standard, but today it may not have kept up with consumer
expectations. Adequate but of minimal perceived value. |

Although extremely affordable, the interior décor and exterior grounds of
these rental properties often require much improvement and renovation.
