The Royal Kuhio is located in downtown Waikiki within walking distance from the beach. Tourist attractions nearby include the Iolani Palace (restored home of the last monarchs of Hawaii), the state capitol, and the Hawaii Maritime Center. The Aloha Tower Marketplace, a half-mile away, offers shoppers art, clothing and Hawaiian crafts, in addition to numerous restaurants and live entertainment in a central atrium. For a day at the beach, Waikiki Beach is just a half-mile away. The volcanic crater, Diamond Head, is a mile away. This 39-story, non-smoking high-rise features on-site amenities such as an outdoor pool and sauna on the seventh floor, table tennis, shuffleboard, putting green, badminton, ping pong and a children's play area. A coin-operated laundry is also available. Guests staying at the Royal Kuhio will find the condominiums to be a spacious and enjoyable alternative to the standard hotel room. Front desk hours are from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily. Occasionally, the front desk is closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m., and it is closed Christmas Day. Guests who arrive outside of front desk hours must go to the security office. The security officer will provide keys and check-in instructions.
Guests must register the following day at the check-in office. Assigned parking for one vehicle per unit is available. After receiving keys, proceed directly to the parking facility and the unit's assigned stall. Upon arrival, parking is permitted at the front entrance to Royal Kuhio on Kuhio Avenue for registration and unloading luggage. Guests will receive parking instructions at check-in. When checking in after hours, guests must review and follow parking instructions and the parking map enclosed in the arrival packet to avoid being towed. | |||||

Reservations cancelled 41 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges,
service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. Reservations cancelled less than 41 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed. A credit card imprint or refundable cash deposit of $50 per security key and $25 parking deposit is required at time of check-in. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. Due to the fire code on Oahu, occupancy limits are very restricted at Royal Kuhio and will be enforced.
